Travel services

The Relocation provides an opportunity for OnLim subscribers to change their address when they move to a new place of residence, to change the location of the services with the maintenance of the personal account number, the tariff plan, the balance of the lycenic account, the bonus points and the status of participation in the Onlime-Bonus programme.

Requirement for a new address under the Travel services is made on the written application of the subscriber or by telephone contact point 8 800 707 12♪

Conditions of service order

The services are provided to OnLim (Physicians) subscribers who wish to retain the connection available to the License Account and the services connected to it at another address.

The balance of the License Account, the existence of a financial or voluntary closure of the account does not affect the possibility of ordering the service. In the event of the purchase of " Travel " in a financial or voluntary freeze, the transfer of services to a new address shall be carried out with the retention of the License Account. Travel services may be procured during the period of the " promised payment " or other credit.

If an open service caller is available in the current License Account, the requisition of the services is possible:

or when services are connected to the current address,

or after the withdrawal of the order for the services to be connected to the current address and the subsequent connection of these services to the new address following the order of the Travel services.
